This Brigid's Cross has been ritually handmade with Irish rushes sourced from County Monaghan, Ireland and blessed with holy water from Brigid's altar on Imbolc Eve. Crafted by Vulpine Apothic. 

Brigid is an Irish Celtic sun goddess of healing, artists/bards, and transformation. A Brigid's Cross is weaved in a way to resemble the sun and its rays to represent the multi-aspect goddess.

Hang this over the threshold of your home for protection and to ward off ill omens. You may leave it up permanently or, during the following year's Imbolc rites, burn it in a ritual fire to release the negativity it has collected through the year and replace it with a new one.
